btv.* API Reference

The public btv.* Lua API, extracted directly from the prelude (crates/bemtvi-lua/src/prelude/*.lua) by book/gen/generate.py. Every entry is a public declaration — a function, a handle method (view:mount(opts)), or a value (btv.json.null) — plus its doc-comment; private btv._* internals are excluded. This is the canonical surface per ADR 0002.
